1 oz Absolut Elyx (or vanilla) vodka
1 oz Michael-Angelo’s Poached Pear Syrup
.25 oz Galliano
Shake & strain into flute Top with Sparkling wine Garnish: pear and vanilla bean (optional)

.5 oz Amaro Averna
3 oz Michael-Angelo’s Homemade Eggnog
